Due to our 501c3 status, we require your EIN if you are a 501c3 or a Church/Synagogue. Please input your EIN (Employer Identification Number without dashes) from the IRS here.
Please upload your articles of organization (EIN) paperwork from the IRS. If you do not have an original copy of your Organizations paperwork, you can visit https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/ and either search by Name or EIN and then upload a copy of the printout for your Organizations information.
